By placing an order with Groceryaa, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Quality
All dry fruits are carefully checked before delivery. Natural variations in size, color, or taste may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change based on market rates. We reserve the right to update product availability without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after verification. Groceryaa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

4. Delivery Policy
Delivery time may vary depending on location and order volume. Customers are requested to be available at the provided delivery time.

5. Inspection at Delivery
Customers must check products at the time of delivery. Any issue (damage, missing item, wrong product) must be reported immediately.

6. Return & Replacement
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
• The issue is reported at the time of delivery
• The product is unused and in original condition

No claims will be accepted after delivery is completed.

7. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed as per the selected method (Cash on Delivery / Online Payment). Orders may be canceled if payment is not completed.

8. Liability
Groceryaa is not responsible for improper storage after delivery. Once delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
