Cancellation Policy – Groceryaa Dry Fruits

We keep our process simple and fair for both sides. Please review the following:

1. Order Cancellation Time
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order details.

3. After Dispatch
No cancellation will be accepted after dispatch. Customers must receive the order and follow the refund policy if there is any issue.

4. Failed Delivery / No Response
If the customer is unavailable or does not respond at the time of delivery:
• The order may be canceled automatically
• Future orders may require advance payment

5. Custom / Bulk Orders
Bulk or special orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

6. Refund for Canceled Orders
• If prepaid and canceled before dispatch → refund will be processed
• If canceled after dispatch → no refund

7. Right to Cancel
Groceryaa reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations.
