Return Policy – Groceryaa Dry Fruits
Due to the nature of dry food products, returns are limited and handled under strict conditions.
1. No Return After Acceptance
Once the product is delivered and accepted, returns are not allowed.
2. Check at Delivery (Mandatory)
Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery.
Any issue must be reported immediately.
3. Eligible for Return
Return or replacement is only accepted if:
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items
• Damaged or poor-quality product
4. Reporting Time
All issues must be reported on the spot during delivery.
No return requests will be accepted later.
5. Product Condition
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as delivered
6. Non-Returnable Cases
• Change of mind after delivery
• Taste or personal preference
• Improper storage after delivery
• Late complaints
7. Replacement / Adjustment
Approved returns will be replaced or adjusted in the next order. Cash refund may apply if replacement is not possible.
8. Final Decision
Groceryaa reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
